Our Poor Little Rosie...

Yesterday our family pet (rat) was playing with the girls outside. We aren't exactly sure what happened, but somehow about 2-3" of her tail was pulled off! apparently this is a natural defense mechanism for rats. It's terrible! I feel so bad for her. I know she is in a lot of pain. I know she is "just a rat" as most of you think, but she has become the family pet and we love her!
